John Kresevic – Three Key Ingredients of his Future Business

John Kresevic spent seven years with Quicken Loans, the first company he worked for after graduating from Arizona State University as a leader of the college’s Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, a Marketing degree holder, and a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Marketing Group. Kresevic quickly showed that he was cut out to be an excellent mortgage manager and loan officer in the industry. In only 15 months after joining the company, Kresevic earned a Director of Mortgage banking position. A few years later, he was managing his own sales teams. In 2012, Kresevic’s team was the top sales team of Quicken Loans. He repeated this feat the next year. By the time he was 27, Kresevic had earned the fastest promotion to Regional Vice President in the company’s history, and he was the youngest executive in the company.

John Kresevic knows how the mortgage  works. He knows how to refinance homes and properties for customers, and he knows which mortgage and lending products will help each individual’s property situation the most. He has proven time and time again that he can work with internal teams within a corporate structure to get deals done, and that he can work well and communicate with his customers. Kresevic plans on starting his own mortgage lending firm in his adoptive community of Scottsdale, Arizona. He has three key ingredients that he will provide the customers of his future business:

  • Ease of communication. Something so simple as fast response times can make all the difference between a deal that goes through and one that doesn’t. John Kresevic, the author of many mortgage deals that have helped homeowners immensely over the years, knows the importance of responding to customers and fostering open communications. Kresevic, throughout his productive career in the mortgage industry has always responded to communications at all hours of the night and on every day of the week.
  • Problem solving. All leaders in any industry have to be fast on their feet. John Kresevic has distinguished himself as a leader in the mortgage industry for Quicken Loans and Forthright Funding as one who can solve problems quickly and communicate the solution to others in order to work together to prevent further problems. The mortgage industry is fraught with uncertainty and risk, and Kresevic’s experience solving problems and answering questions makes him a good asset for customers.
  • Loyalty. Sometimes values like loyalty get lost in the fray in the mortgage industry. In addition to proving time and time again that customers are making wise financial decisions when they choose to trust John Kresevic with their mortgage products, Kresevic plans to stand by all of his customers throughout their times of need to not only assuage their concerns, but to place himself in their corner for as long as they need him to be there for them.

John Kresevic – Professional Vision

John Kresevic credits his fast and extreme success in the mortgage loan industry to his professional vision. Always very driven and hard-working, Kresevic earned many leadership posts throughout his educational and professional career. At Arizona State University, Kresevic joined the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. He became the fraternity’s Treasurer in 2006. In 2007, Kresevic was voted Vice President of the fraternity. He was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha American Marketing Association before he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the W.P. Carey School of Business. Kresevic always had a vision for his future. He knew he wanted to work in mortgage lending.

John Kresevic chose the mortgage lending industry just when the industry was struggling the most. Millions of Americans were getting their houses foreclosed upon because of a slew of bad mortgages and the trading of these bad debts were mismanaged. Kresevic thought he could do better. He wanted to bring a sense of stability and wisdom to the damaged industry and help rebuild people’s lives. Kresevic prepared himself as best he could for graduation from Arizona State University so that he could enter the lending market with the best set of skills possible.

John Kresevic took a job as a Loan Officer with Quicken Loans soon after he graduated from college in 2008. He rose quickly because he kept his vision focused on what the company could be and how well his sales teams could do, rather than what they have done in the past. He became the youngest Regional Vice President in company history. His ascension to the post was also the fastest in company history as well. His success with the company is emblematic of his approach to his professional prospects. He attacks all opportunities with the passion and skill that he has developed throughout his years at Arizona State.

John Kresevic hopes to start his own mortgage company in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he lives with his fiancé. Kresevic believes that he can help homeowners by working with someone they trust and someone who can get them the best mortgage terms so they can keep their house for the rest of their lives. Kresevic himself hopes to start a family of his own one day, and a solid home with an affordable mortgage is the best way to provide for them, or so he believes. Kresevic has created opportunities for families to find and keep their homes as a leader for Quicken Loans before, and he knows that he can continue his work for other customers throughout the area. He hopes that he can share his hopes and dreams for the future with hopeful homeowners throughout his community. Kresevic has the skills and the experience to found his own business.

John Kresevic – Keys to a Successful Fantasy Football Draft

John Kresevic loves to play fantasy football. The 30-year old Executive Loan Officer living in Arizona travels home to Ohio annually to draft in a home league with longtime buddies. “Every August I fly home to participate in the annual fantasy football draft with friends that has been going on 13 years now. Fantasy football consumes hours of my life during football season and each Sunday a group of us get together to watch games and monitor our fantasy football teams,” says Kresevic.

Only experienced fantasy football players have been through enough drafts to know how to best manage your selections. Of course, most people in your league are going to go for the best players in high-scoring positions like quarterback, running back or wide receiver; however, it is crucial to not forget the importance of a good defense. In 2015, the Broncos were a top pick for defense, and players who picked them certainly felt the difference in their scores. Kickers also should not be underestimated, as some can average 3 or more field goals per game. Depending on your league’s scoring setup, long-distance field goals can also yield extra points.

John Kresevic loves fantasy football, and he can’t wait for next year’s draft to take place.
